Office Manager
Description

We need a highly organized, motivated expert to be the first face our client sees, the liaison to our office supply vendors, and our travel arrangement specialist for our busy team.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material including general correspondence to support all office operations include office and field staff.
Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.
Report office progress to area leadership.
Other job functions include:
Support management with business development efforts.
Prepare fee proposals/scope of work.
Maintain professional appearance of office common areas.
Manage local petty cash account.
Coordinate with vendors for servicing office equipment.
Monitor, maintain and order office supply orders.
Coordinate and schedule meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements for office staff.
Screen incoming phone calls.
Filing and other general office duties.
Greet clients and manage front desk reception area.
What you'll need
Good writing and verbal communicative skills.
Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Knowledge of basic accounting / bookkeeping practices.
Position requires minimum of 40 hours a week with possibility of overtime.
Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.
Ability to pivot quickly with changing priorities.
