Our comprehensive portfolio of products and solutions spans multiple market segments, including Spine, Sports Medicine, General Orthopedics, Trauma, Dental, and Wound Care.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support and requires a combination of strategic competence and efficient task management, while proactively anticipating the team’s needs. The Executive Assistant will be responsive, resilient, and creative, with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and able to effectively prioritize and independently make decisions. This position is designed with growth in mind. We are committed to mentoring and supporting team members who wish to work closely with leadership, gain visibility across departments and pursue future opportunities within the company, all while contributing to the impactful work of restoring health to the patients we serve.Reporting to the Group CEO who oversees two companies, the role is onsite alternating between our Richmond, CA and Berkeley, CA facilities. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the CEO’s primary support in managing and executing daily tasks, ensuring clarity and execution. Assess incoming requests from internal/external stakeholders and drive tasks to completion or delegation.Manage and optimize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and proactively planning the best use of time.Champion the company’s culture & values by providing general support to the overall team as required and assisting in planning company events.Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
