Senior Corporate Accountant

POSITION: Accounting ManagerLOCATION: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)*CPA LICENSE IS REQUIRED*Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close for the separately managed account and corporate entities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysisPrepare and review journal entriesPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP to ensure accuracy, comparability, consistency and completenessIdentify process improvements to ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracyLead the audit process, serving as primary point of contactOversee intercompany transactions, including recording, reconciling, and resolving intercompany balances across multiple entities.Support treasury functions, including the preparation of daily cash reports, monitoring daily cash positions, developing short- and long-term liquidity forecasts, and completing ad hoc reporting requests as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.CPA license is required and must be active.5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accountingStrong MS Excel experienceFull financial statement prep experience is preferred
