📍 Remote – USA🕒 Contract: 6+ Months (Extension Possible)👥 Open Positions: 2Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Business Analyst with hands-on experience across Guidewire products and a strong understanding of the PC insurance domain.This is a hybrid role, primarily focused on business analysis (75%), with additional responsibilities in project coordination and delivery (25%). The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical execution while ensuring smooth project delivery within a dynamic Professional Services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis (75%)Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire implementationsWork closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear system solutionsCreate user stories, functional specifications, and process workflowsSupport implementations of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenterCollaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in UAT activities, including validation, defect tracking, and issue resolutionEnsure alignment between business needs and system functionalityProject Management / Coordination (25%)Support project planning, scheduling, and execution of Guidewire initiativesTrack deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across workstreamsFacilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProvide regular project status updates, highlighting risks and mitigation plansEnsure project activities align with defined scope, timelines, and goalsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projectsMandatory experience with Guidewire Products Portfolio (Professional Services)Proven hands-on experience with at least one:Guidewire PolicyCenterGuidewire BillingCenterGuidewire ClaimCenterStrong knowledge of the Property Casualty (PC) Insurance domainExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in project coordination or Project Management responsibilitiesFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platformsGuidewire certifications(Associate/Professional) are an advantageAbility to work in client-facing roles within Professional Services environments
