Loan Operations Servicing Specialist

Northview Bank, a family-owned community bank since 1908, is seeking a Loan Operations Servicing Specialist in its Finlayson office. Northview Bank offers a positive work environment, competitive benefits*, attracts talented team members, seeks to drive employee engagement and provides job satisfaction.The primary role of this position is performing assigned tasks within a centralized loan servicing team including but not limited to:Utilizes computer tickler system for insurance, recorded mortgages, final title policies and lien cardsFiles all real estate mortgages and mortgage extensions accurately and efficiently, either electronically or at the proper countyFollows up with customers for lien cards ensuring the perfection of titles for vehicles used as collateralPrepares satisfactions of mortgages and partial releases of mortgages and sends them to the appropriate recorder, title company or customerSends paid notes to customers and purges paid loan filesIndexes, boards and checks back all portfolio and secondary market loansServices Fannie Mae portfolio in accordance with Fannie Mae servicing requirementsPerform ongoing loan maintenance as requestedObtains all required loan file information and ensures that the file is properly documented on an ongoing basisPosition Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.Knowledge of Windows based software2-years of bank experience preferredExcellent communication & organizational skillsOperates a PC and standard office equipmentNorthview Bank contributes to the growth of the communities surrounding them.
