The Dexter R-XI School District is seeking applicants for the position of Full-Time Bus Driver/Maintenance. The Dexter R-XI School District bus driver transports children to and from school or school sponsored activities in a safe, legal manner, while maintaning an atmosphere conducive to the educational process. This position will be considered a 12 month contract. They will drive their morning route, work maintenance throughout the day, then drive their afternoon route.Qualifications: Dexter R-XI Schools will train prospective bus drivers.QualificationsA candidate for this position will be able to meet all requirements and qualifications including, but not limited to, the following: Be at least 21 years of age Hold a Class B CDL with "S" and passenger endorsement Successful experience driving a school bus Pass annual physical and eye exam Clear driving history and criminal background check Clear drug screeningThe Dexter School District considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability, and as required by the Immigration Reform Control Act, hires only American Citizens and aliens who are authorized to work in the United States.
