FL (Onsite)Experience: 12+ YearsEmployment Type: ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will lead design, configuration, and implementation efforts while partnering with business stakeholders to drive financial process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO (FI & CO) modulesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutionsConfigure and customize core FI components (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting)Configure CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product CostingLead integration efforts with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PPDrive financial closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standardsProvide leadership in solution design, testing, and deployment phasesSupport data migration, validation, and reconciliation activitiesAct as a subject matter expert and mentor junior consultantsTroubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutionsRequired Qualifications12+ years of SAP FICO experience with multiple full lifecycle implementationsStrong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modulesExperience with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferredDeep understanding of integration points across SAP modulesStrong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reportingExperience working in onsite/offshore delivery modelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA Finance certificationExperience with SAP Fiori and reporting toolsExposure to SAP Central Finance or Group ReportingPrior experience in large enterprise environmentsKey SkillsSAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA, Financial Accounting, Controlling, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Integration (MM/SD), Data Migration, Financial Reporting
