The world-class driving experience is now open to members.Summary/ObjectiveThe Detailing Specialist is responsible for providing quality automotive cleaning services in accordance with company standards and members' specifications.Roles & Job ResponsibilitiesCleans vehicles interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and members requests Operates various types of cleaning equipment and solutions to meet service expectations, such as but not limited to buffers, steamers, vacuums, etc.Uses cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehiclesPerforms inspections and keeps complete, accurate records of vehicles' conditionManages inventory and reorder supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures Responds to members inquiries and fulfilling their requestsSkills & Qualifications RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentMust have at least one year of related experienceAttention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust be willing to obtain training and certifications as requiredMust have and maintain a valid Driver's License with a clean driving recordThe ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlMust have the ability to work long hours and withstand extreme elements including heat, cold, wind, and rainMust be 18 years of age or olderWork EnvironmentThis job is usually performed indoors and outdoors, in a controlled environment, and experiences a high level of noise. This job can also have intermittent levels of high stress.Physical DemandsThe Detailing Specialist must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry 50+ pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the Detailing specialist is regularly required to participate in effective and clear communication (talking and listening).Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
