Job Title: Payables SpecialistLocation: Midvale, UT 84047 (On-site)Pay Rate: $20/hourContract Length: 13 weeks (with possibility of extension)Estimated Start Date: May 18, 2026Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition OverviewThe Payables Specialist will support the Accounts Payable team by performing accurate data entry and validating invoice information within accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced administrative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-volume data entry in an Accounts Payable environmentValidate and review invoice data for accuracy and completenessIdentify and detect errors and make necessary correctionsAccurately enter invoice information into accounting systemsMaintain strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracyUtilize dual monitors efficiently to manage workflow and documentationRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience with data validation and error detection/correctionStrong data entry skills with high accuracyExcellent attention to detailComfortable working with dual monitorsAbility to work in a structured administrative or accounting environmentEducationHigh School Diploma or GED required
