This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands fit and structure, and enjoys bringing elevated designs to life through beautifully made first samples.What you’ll do:Work directly with the Owner/Designer to create first samples and prototypes to a high standard of quality and finishWork with specialty fabrics including sequins, lace, dimensional florals, tulle, chiffon, and satinExecute advanced construction techniques such as boning, corsetry, built‑in support, and hand-applied detailsPartner with the Technical and Patternmaking teams during fittings and revisionsBalance design intent with wearable, production‑minded constructionWhat we’re looking for:5+ years of experience as a First or Senior Sample MakerBackground in special occasion, eveningwear, or bridalStrong hand‑sewing and machine‑sewing skillsDetail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑house environmentThis is a full‑time, in‑house position with compensation of $26-$28 per hour, plus benefits.
