LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist (High-Ticket Medical Tech) - Earn Commission on $50k+ SalesThe Opportunity:We are Reclaim USA, a medical supply company servicing high-net-worth executives, biohackers, and clinics. We custom manufacture and import top-tier Hyperbaric Chambers, PEMF, and Shockwave therapy units built to our strict clinical specifications.Ticket Price: $6,000 – $120,000+ per unit.The Role (LinkedIn Focus):We are looking for a LinkedIn Specialist & Appointment Setter. We do NOT want Facebook marketers. We need a sniper who understands the professional psychology of LinkedIn.The Mission: Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with CEOs, Founders, Biohackers, and Doctors.The Task: Identify the prospect, start a high-value conversation, and book a Qualified Zoom Appointment for the Clinic Owner.The Close: The Owner (Joe) takes the call and closes the deal. You just tee it up.The Pay Structure (Uncapped):We pay for the meeting and the result.Lead Fee: $100 Cash per Qualified Appointment.Definition of Qualified: Prospect shows up, has the financial capacity, and is a genuine potential buyer (no tire-kickers).Sales Commission: 5% of the Net Hardware Price on every deal closed from your leads.Note: Net Price is the Sales Price minus shipping/install costs.Example: You book a call for a $50k chamber. The Owner closes it. You earn $100 (Lead Fee) + $2,500 (Commission) = $2,600.Future Growth (The "Unicorn" Track):This is strictly a Setter role to start.However, if you prove your ability to find qualified buyers, you will be eligible to "graduate" to a Full-Cycle Closer.Closers earn the full 20% Commission (up to $24,000 per sale).Requirements:LinkedIn Fluency: You must be an expert in Sales Navigator, boolean search, and "social selling" (building rapport in DMs without being spammy).High-Ticket Experience: You have sold or set appointments for items over $10,000 previously.English Mastery: Your written communication must be native-level professional.
