AMD in Austin, TX is seeking a Staff Mechanical Technical Program Manager to lead mechanical system development for AI and hyperscale server platforms. You will own chassis, enclosure, cooling, and reliability from concept through production ramp, coordinating across mechanical, thermal, electrical, and manufacturing teams.
You will drive DFM/ DFA/ DFR practices, manage EVT/DVT/PVT cycles, and ensure cost-effective, high-performance solutions that meet aggressive schedules.
