Alcohol & Tobacco Police Officer III This classification is a certified police officer responsible for conducting complex criminal and civil investigations and enforcing liquor, marijuana, and criminal statutes of the state. The incumbent will operate primarily in plain clothes, at times in an undercover capacity, perform inspections of liquor, tobacco, and marijuana establishments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, and draft and execute search warrants and arrest warrants. This position requires excellent investigative and report-writing skills.
