Quality Technician

Join our team and help ensure quality at every step.We're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician to support daily quality operations in our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside cross-functional teams.What You'll DoPerform incoming inspections and verify products before they move into inventoryConduct quality checks on existing stockCompare supplier reports and internal inspection resultsCollect, document, and report inspection dataIdentify and contain non-conforming productsSupport root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, corrective action)Prepare certifications and quality documentation for customer ordersAssist with ISO 9001 activities, audits, FAI, and PPAPCollaborate with Quality, Purchasing, Engineering and Fulfillment teamsPromote a culture of quality and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForAssociate degree in a technical field (or in progress) preferred2+ years in quality inspection or similar role preferredExperience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)Ability to read blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with ISO 9001, PPAP, PFMEA, and control plans is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a warehouse environmentGood communication skills and basic math proficiencyForklift experience is a plusPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand, walk and lift up to 45 lbsComfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environmentMust be able to wear PPEMust pass pre-employment and random drug screeningsWhat We OfferPaid holidays & vacationCompensation: Salary: $55,000401(k) with employer matchSupplemental BenefitsHealth Reimbursement PlanOpportunities for growth and on-the-job trainingIf you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a direct impact on product quality-we'd love to hear from you!
