Guest Experience Specialist (Escape Room Live)

Position: Guest Experience Specialist in Training Starting at $14.00 per hour with room to grow based on experience, availability, and performance. Leadership development and management opportunities available. The Escape Game has over 40 locations nationwide and a corporate office in Nashville, TN. Candidates with guest-facing experience as a server, host/front desk, concierge, customer service representative, etc. would be a great fit for this role! Our Guest Experience Specialists begin as entry-level Game Guides, who use empathy and expertise to create epic experiences based on each guest’s individual needs and wants. Candidates who are offered a Guest Experience Specialist in Training position are expected to complete their training with a manager within 2-6 weeks.
