Production team assists the Table Leader within the assembly of Roof Trusses with processes such as lifting and carrying lumber, insertion of materials, cutting material, plating, clamping, fitting parts, labeling, stacking, and the use of hand tools such as hammers and other machinery. Other duties as assigned. No supervisory responsibilities. No travel.Paid Production Training Program is the first week, from Monday-Friday, 6 AM-2:30 PM where you will receive hands on training, safety training, company and culture training. Regular work schedules begin the following week!Requirements And SkillsConstruction, Carpentry, and General Labor experience preferred, but not required-Training program offered.High School Graduate Preferred, But Not Required.Must be Drug & Alcohol Free-We are a Drug & Alcohol-Free FacilityAuthorized to work in the U.S.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a manufacturing site environment. Exposure to inclement weather and loud noise, all work will be performed outside.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. It requires close vision, and depth perception three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk and hear.Position Type And Expected Hours Of WorkFull-Time, non-exempt positionDay Shift OnlyMonday-Friday, 6 AM-2:30 PMSaturdays, 6 AM-2:30 PM, as neededPersonal Protective EquipmentMust wear Safety Attire at all times: Steel Toe or Composite Shoes, Safety Glasses, and Uniform shirts.
