As such, The Medical Director provides advice and counsel to the CEO regarding a broad range of clinical, clinical policy, programmatic and strategic issues required to achieve the short and long-term strategies and objectives. The Medical Director works closely with members of the medical staff to maintain the highest quality of medical care, utilizing a team approach, and provides leadership and mentoring for quality programs.Together with the CEO, the Medical Director represents the interests and needs of our client to various organizations, as we move toward achieving the PCMH status, including meaningful use of electronic medical records.Additional responsibilities for the Medical Director include:M-F 8AM - 5PMPatient Centered Medical Home InitiativeMeaningful use of electronic health recordsDesign, implement and evaluate programsCollects and helps analyze data for monthly and annual reports for QI/QA initiatives and regulatory purposesAssist in developing protocols and procedures for clinic administration, reviewed annually.Job Requirements We are looking for dedicated and professional Medical Director who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service.
