LHH is seeking a Recruiter to support a construction company in Woodstock, GA. This role is ideal for a recruiter or early-career HR professional with experience supporting the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting across assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer deliveryPartner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, prioritize roles, and drive hiring strategyManage and optimize pre-employment processes, including drug screens, background checks, and compliance requirementsOversee and ensure accuracy of new hire onboarding, documentation, and system workflowsProactively identify and resolve candidate pipeline, application, or process challengesDeliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and efficient hiring processesTrack and manage recruiting activity, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholdersSupport and mentor junior team members or assist with recruiting operations as neededAct as a key contributor to improving recruiting processes, workflows, and overall efficiencyQualifications5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house), ideally in high-volume or field-based environmentsStrong experience managing end-to-end hiring and onboarding processesProven ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decision-makingExperience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving ability with a focus on process improvementExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ATS systems and recruiting toolsSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time (40 hours/week)On-site in Woodstock, GAFlexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AMEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
