Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a hard-working and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The individual in this role will assist company growth and profitability through new customer acquisition, as well as by increasing current customer spend. This role requires personal drive, tireless persistence, and business strategy expertise.Compensation & BenefitsNo cold callingGenerous compensation package with base salary plus commission dependent on experienceCompany group health, dental, vision and life insurance after 90 days3% company match to Simple IRA (vested immediately) after 90 daysPTO and Paid Holidays after 90 daysCompany carSmart phoneFantastic work cultureDescriptionGenerate approximately $2.5+ million annually (specific yearly sales goals will vary from individual to individual)Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and company growth objectives to meet and/or exceed planned revenue and activities goals for the business development teamAppointment scheduling, preparation, and presentation to clientsEstablish accounts with adjusters, general adjusters, risk managers, facilities managers, property managers, end users, contractors, and/or insuranceGeneration of new leads with the intention of creating more sales/revenueLead and post-sale follow-up to maintain positive customer relationships post-saleElicit continued and, ideally, increased spending with current customersWork closely with the designated sales team to strategize more effective sales methodWhen appropriate, pitch business development ideas and strategies at boardroom level (and, in some cases, to our leadership team)Attend promotion of assigned sponsored events, including trade-shows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned marketing functions, including afterhoursComplete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of CE classes, lunch-and-learns, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for business decisionsDevelop marketing initiatives and budget to create an annual marketing planDocument lead generation, activity, sales tracking and analysis thru CRM systemRepresentation on the All American Water Restoration emergency mitigation on-call management rotationRequirements and QualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsMotivation, perseverance, and determination qualitiesA proven track record in strong presentation skillsThe ability to close deals with clients, including cold leadsExperience in business-to-business sales at the corporate level preferredAn aptitude for research and analysisProficient in time management and personal organizationBachelor's degree preferred; a background in business may be acceptedInsurance restoration experience is a mustKnowledge of the field operations is vitalInsurance restoration programs such as Contractor Connection, DASH, MICA is a plus, but must being willing to learn quicklyAfterhours work is mandatory for cultivating business relationshipsMust have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and background checkAll American Water Restoration, Inc. is a Drug-Free WorkplaceCompensation: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year All American Water Restoration, Inc. specializes in comprehensive solutions for water damage restoration, fire damage repair, and mold remediation in Central Florida.
