Full Time Backline Lead

Job Summary JMF Entertainment is looking for a full time, experienced backline lead. This person would work closely with the backline department head to keep the department running top notch. Responsibilities - Keep the Backline Department Organized and Inventoried - Maintain Instrument Departments - Ensure Instruments Are Kept In High Quality Condition - Inform Department Head Of Needed Purchases Or Repairs Needed - Maintain A Large Level of Professionalism On Events, Concerts, And Music Festivals - Work Closely With Artist Team To Build Backline Needs For Artist Teams On Site Qualifications - Previous Backline Management - Experience with Amps, Drums, Guitars, Ect. (Please Know How To Change Strings and Drum Heads) - Ability To Work Under Tight Deadlines In Warehouse And At Said Events - Must Be Able To Work Outside In Many Weather Conditions for 10 Plus Hours - Have A Great Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, Sense Of Humor(MUST!), Willingness To Learn Join us in this dynamic role where you can utilize your leadership skills and passion for providing exceptional service to our clients and the artists.
