Food Server
Food ServerThe Food Server is responsible for greeting guests as they are seated, provides beverages and suggests menu items and takes food orders while providing superior guest service. Additional duties include accepting money and makes change, operates POS system and keeps the server station stocked and clean at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience & Requirements:Minimum two years high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience is requiredMust be able to follow specific instructions with ability to provide excellent guest serviceMust have good grooming habits and mannersMust be able to follow specific instructionsMust have a valid Washington State food handler's cardPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hoursThe ability to lift up to 40 poundsMobility to climb stairs on a routine basisMust be able to tolerate a smoke filled environmentAdditional Requirements:Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidaysAll applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. However, the use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant unless the position requires driving a company vehicle.
