Project Coordinator

Title: Project Coordinator 2 Location: Onsite - Vancouver, WA Term: Contract Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities, schedules, and team communications. Track milestones, risks, action items, and project documentation. Facilitate meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-ups). Support reporting, work plans, and process improvements. Assist with MS Project schedules and status updates. Key Requirements: 5+ years of Project Coordination experience. Experience in project coordination or PMO support. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint and/or MS Project. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Strong communication and organizational skills.
