Our solutions enable critical mission system capabilities and increase naval stealth on submarine and surface ship platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAll Write in-process test procedures for circuit boardsTest fixture design a plusTroubleshoot down to the component levelWork closely with Engineering to provide support for new systems developmentLoad software for system testingStrong ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams or wire lists prior to system testingReport unusual and/or recurring faults and failuresReturn defective components to Quality AssuranceTravel to customers to conduct inspections, installations, and repairsWill be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedRequired Skills3+ years of experience in the electrical/electronic testing fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizensDesired Skills2+ years of experience testing high voltage power suppliesAssociates or Bachelor’s degree desirableEstablished security clearance highly desirablePower conversion/power supply experience desirableWorking knowledge of digital electronics A thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and test equipment including the use of digital oscilloscopeMust be able to read and interpret schematic diagramsMust be safety consciousExperience with Analog & Digital power circuitsStrong breadboarding and prototyping skillsSelf-starter with excellent communication skillsStrong computer skillsSome travel required to support Fielded Equipment, Domestic and InternationalPhysical RequirementsStanding for long periods of time while performing tests on large power equipmentBending and kneeling to wire-up power equipmentCarry tools approximately 35 LBS for onsite travel to shipyards and test facilities, if requiredCompensation InformationBase Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 USD (Annually)Please note, this is the expected compensation however, ESCO Maritime Solutions considers many factors in determining compensation prior to office, such as: responsibilities and scope of role, candidate's work experience and education related to position, applicable certifications or trainings, business and market conditions.Eligibility for benefits begins on the first day of employment to include 401k, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Stock Purchase Program, Life insurance and Disability!
