Associate Attorney - Litigation

Ross Jeffries, LLC are recruiting for an associate to join our client's Las Vegas, NV office.Our client law firm has a national footprint and a well regarded litigation capability.We seek an associate with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in general civil litigation, to include: defending commercial disputes, consumer protection claims, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage; bad faith dispute experience is a plus.Requirements:JD with excellent academic credentialsAbility to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writingExperience with Federal Court is a plus, but not requiredExcellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skillsCurrent NV Bar admission in good standing is requiredAll enquiries are confidential
