You will work closely with inventory teams and supervisors to maintain inventory accuracy, comply with food safety requirements, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.Schedule:Overnight shifts availableMonday – FridayStart times: 11:00 PM or 12:00 AM8-hour shifts with overtime during high-volume periodsWhy Work at UNFI?Full-time employmentScheduled pay increases after 1 and 2 yearsWeekly pay with early access through One@WorkMedical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursement and wellness incentivesEssential Functions:Verify quantities of product received against packing slips or purchase ordersInspect inbound freight for damage caused by handling, travel, or refrigerationBuild, wrap, and stage pallets for reserve or backstock storageEnsure product is accurately labeled and staged for put-awayUse RF equipment and warehouse systems to scan and record inventoryMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaInspect equipment and operate safely and efficientlyPerform duties in accordance with HACCP and SQF policiesOperate reach lift or forklift equipment to store and retrieve product from high rack locationsMaintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepanciesRemove empty pallets from aisles and pick locationsSeparate and stage pallets according to pallet guidelinesReport safety concerns or policy violations immediatelyKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Understanding of warehouse and safety guidelinesAbility to follow receiving and inventory proceduresAbility to read and interpret bills of lading and packing listsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work overtime as requiredPrevious forklift or reach lift experience preferredJob Requirements:Ability to lift up to 75 poundsMust be 18 years or olderFrequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reachingExposure to temperatures ranging from -20°F to 90°F depending on departmentAbility to safely operate warehouse equipmentGood judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately availableUNFI is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment for all.
