(Warehouse Worker)We are searching for an experienced Material Handler and Forklift Driver at our Door Engineering facility in Mankato, Minnesota.Description / Key ResponsibilitiesCore Schedule Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with proven forklift experience to support daily operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role with broad responsibilities across receiving, material movement, production support and shipping.Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and productsSafely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler)Store, move, pick, and stage materials to support production and customer shipmentsRead and interpret work orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (including 5S activities)Support material flow through production, including basic assembly and component handling as neededPerform material transactions, support inventory accuracy (cycle counts, physical inventory), and communicate stock needsCoordinate with purchasing and supply chain to maintain material availabilityMove materials on scheduled intervals to designated areasCross-train across warehouse and production functions as neededPerform other duties as assigned by managementApplication note: Please include a brief summary of your forklift experience and equipment operated.Required QualificationsPrior forklift experience required (please specify types of equipment operated)4+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience preferredAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety proceduresExperience reading work orders and shipping documentsStrong attention to detail, organization, and reliabilityAbility to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)Basic computer skills; MS Office experience preferredAbility to read and write in EnglishAbility to work on-site during scheduled hoursOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.Please no Third-party candidates or phone calls**
