This individual will play a key role in driving performance, growth, and excellence across our taxi operations.What We Offer as a VP of Operations: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Holiday Pay401(k) with up to 3% company matchKey Responsibilities of a VP of Operations: As the VP of Operations – Transportation , you will:Lead and manage all operational aspects of the Las Vegas market to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitabilityBuild strong customer relationships through direct engagement and community outreach initiativesRecruit, train, and mentor location staff and independent contractor drivers, promoting a culture of retention and excellenceOversee fleet maintenance and ensure vehicle availability meets service demandDirect safety, compliance, and training programs to align with company, contractual, and regulatory requirementsRegularly monitor operational metrics and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvementConduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented where neededPartner with leadership to develop annual budgets and strategic growth plansMaintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and contract adherenceSupport labor relations and employee engagement activitiesPromote and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards of excellenceTalent Requirements of a VP of Operations: 5–10 years of senior operations management experience , preferably in transportation or logisticsProven track record of P&L management and business growthStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative leadership style with a focus on results and accountabilityWhy Join zTrip?
