We have a rapidly growing a team of digital acquisition, engineering, and sustainment experts assisting the US Army, Air Force, Space Force, and USMC in adopting Digital Twins to transform all aspects of acquisitions, sustainment, and operations. We are seeking an innovator who can dynamically switch from customer, to Sabel Solutions, to solution team engagement.What You'll DoReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Leading and guiding Agile solution delivery teamsEducating customers about the Digital Twin approach, the implications of Digital Twin to their mission or business, and the technical requirements for adoption of Digital TwinsMentoring and guiding customers through the capture and prioritization of requirements as well as trade-off decisions for cost, schedule and capabilityEngaging customer management and governance bodies to aid them in effectively funding/staffing digital transformations and integrate them into their mission executionAiding customers in navigating, integrating, swaying, or simply ignoring competing agendas and protectors of the status quoContinuously expand our solutions and sustain our reputation for rapidly onboarding DoD customers into effective and efficient digital engineering and Industry 4.0 solutions leveraging multiple cloud environments and classification levels.Build Partnerships with complimentary firms and solution providersOther duties as assignedYour Qualifications RequiredA desire to understand and optimize DoD Acquisition, Sustainment, and Operational missions and objectivesIT solution road mapping and architecting expertiseA passion for and understanding of weapon system systems engineering and product lifecycle management and the tools used to support the program and product support teamsExperience in delivering IT Solutions in commercial or DoD systems engineering, manufacturing, product development, maintenance repair and overhaul organizationsExperience and understanding of the benefits and capabilities of CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, MBSE, Digital Thread, MS&A, and Digital Twin to improve customer performance and effectivenessExperience integrating emerging technologies (such as, AI/ML, AR/VR, etc.) into engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operational solutionsAbility to rapidly assess and learn how to effectively employ digital engineering and product lifecycle management solutions as well as best practices for deploying them in cloud, on-premise, and classified environmentsAbility to interpret tech jargon, software branding and translate it all into something the customer can understand and supportProject management experienceAn entrepreneurial spirit and mindsetMost importantly, the ability to seek the advice of our expert staff and solution partners in defining customer solutions and ensuring customer's needs are meet within cost and schedule objectivesBachelor's degree. Masters Degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of Project/Program Management experience managing technically complex effortsExperience of designing/ handling data between different applicationsExperience in costing projects and balancing customer and corporate financial needsAdvanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processesConsulting or a desire to quickly learn consulting project managementAbility to Obtain DoD Secret and Top-Secret Security Clearance, Current Secret PreferredUS Citizen
