ExecuSource is seeking skilled CNAs to join one of our trusted partner facilities, where you'll provide essential care services that ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.Location:Falmouth, MAWhy Join ExecuSource?Competitive payOpportunity to work in a reputable healthcare facility that values collaboration and quality careSupportive team environment with opportunities for growthResponsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting.Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in medical status.Provide post-operative, orthopedic, neuro-compromised, and cardiopulmonary patient care.Support patient safety during therapies including oxygen, IV infusion, traction, and tube feeding.Maintain patient rooms, including cleaning and linen changes.Sterilize equipment and supplies as needed.Foster a caring and respectful environment for patients, their families, and the care team.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Qualifications:Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Knowledge of therapeutic diets and patient-specific meal distribution.Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office technology is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to teamwork.Schedule:40 hours/weekEvening Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM (rotating weekends and holidays)Night Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM (rotating weekends and holidays)Flexible scheduling options availableWhat We're Looking For:
