The Team Lead supports daily store operations by coaching and guiding sales associates on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are consistently met. The Team Lead helps manage opening and closing procedures, coordinates breaks, and supports inventory processes such as receiving, replenishment, and stockroom organization. This role also assists in training new team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.Qualifications Retail leadership experience, including supervising or coaching team members in a customer-facing environment.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with diverse customers and colleagues.Experience in sales, merchandising, and working with store performance targets or KPIs.Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.Interest in fashion, trends, and styling, with the ability to translate brand guidelines into inspiring customer experiences.Previous experience in apparel or fashion retail is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
