If you’re passionate about creating impactful member experiences through data-driven strategies and collaborative partnerships, this is your chance to make a significant difference.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field5–7+ years of experience in membership, loyalty, lifecycle, or subscription-based marketingProven success in building and scaling loyalty programs, benefits, or member experiencesStrong experience managing strategic partnerships and benefits ecosystemsHands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., ESPs, CDPs, Adobe Journey Optimizer, GA4, Tableau)Analytical expertise in cohort analysis, segmentation, and performance measurementAbility to develop and influence strategic roadmaps and program directionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and evolving environmentsNice to Have Skills:Experience working with cross-functional teams across brand, Martech, analytics, and productKnowledge of behavioral analytics and experience with experimentation and testing initiativesExperience in designing multi-channel personalized member journeysFamiliarity with benefit ecosystem management and sourcing new partnershipsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in loyalty, lifecycle marketing, or membership programs, ideally within a digital or subscription environmentMissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
