LoanIQ Business Analyst

Job Role: LoanIQ Business Analyst (W2 Only)Location: New York City, NY (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Experience: 12 Years PreferredNo H1B Visa | No C2C | Only W2 We are actively seeking a LoanIQ Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Syndicated / Corporate Lending and LoanIQ platform expertise.This role involves working closely with business, operations, and technology teams to support LoanIQ enhancements, production issue resolution, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements (LoanIQ modules)Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flowsPerform gap analysis (AS-IS vs TO-BE processes)Support LoanIQ functions including:Deal SetupDrawdownsInterest & Fee ProcessingPaymentsAgency & Accounting EntriesSupport UAT and defect managementAnalyze and resolve production issues with operations teamsPerform root cause analysis (RCA)Work with IT teams for enhancements and fixesImprove STP (Straight Through Processing) and operational efficiencyRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience in LoanIQSolid understanding of syndicated/corporate lending lifecycleExperience in:Interest calculations & accrualsAgency lending operationsAccounting flows in lending systemsStrong BA skills (BRD/FRD/User Stories)UAT and defect tracking experienceSQL knowledge (preferred)Nice to Have:LoanIQ configuration exposureRegulatory reporting experienceProcess automation exposureIdeal Candidate Profile:12 years total experienceStrong LoanIQ functional backgroundExperience working with banking operations & technology teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsImportant Notes:W2 OnlyLocal candidates preferred (NYC – 5 days onsite mandatory)
