You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job DescriptionAt Regions, the Direct Marketing Program Manager provides direct marketing support for the outlined strategy to include the development, audience, offer, incentive testing, creative development, production, budget management and overall channel project management.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads cross-functional teams in the execution of integrated marketing campaignsActs as a liaison with internal and external partners to provide input and recommendations on marketing campaigns and channels to achieve business objectivesDevelops marketing strategies and plansManages the review and approval process of all direct marketing campaignsLeads the quality control process, ensuring that direct marketing creative meets business objectives, test design is followed, and all variable components for printed materials are accurateLeads and directs internal teams and agencies to ensure flawless execution of direct marketing campaignsManages the budget and provides recommendations to be more cost efficientSuggests, recommends, and implements improvementsMentors and coaches junior team members, providing training and guidanceThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field with six (6) years of experience in marketingPreferencesExperience in financial services or other highly regulated industry preferredExperience working with and/or managing agency relationshipsExperience with understanding of database and direct marketing principles, including customer segmentation, test/learn strategies and channel designSkills And CompetenciesAbility to challenge current processes in an effort to improve resultsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendationsStrong communication, leadership, and project management skillsStrong problems solving skillsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
