PDE FA Engineer

We are currently hiring for the position of PDE FA Engineer and are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in system debugging, failure analysis, and server platform validation.Key Responsibilities:Support extended factory operations by working across night, swing, and weekend shiftsMonitor and analyze build dashboards to track throughput, yield performance, and failure trendsDebug server platforms following established engineering guidelines, including minor rework, retesting, and unit recovery activitiesPrepare and publish daily build updates and status reportsPerform failure analysis and provide next-step triage recommendations for failed unitsEnsure high test throughput during off-hours while proactively resolving operational bottlenecksCollaborate closely with CM Test Engineers and production operators to ensure compliance with assembly and test proceduresRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering8+ years of relevant industry experienceProficiency with Linux command-line operations, including command execution and log/output analysisGood understanding of system architecture and networking components such as compute trays, switch trays, TOR switches, and power shelvesExperience running pre-test scripts and diagnostics on test fixturesAbility to review log files and perform initial failure triage based on engineering documentationStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturing partnersSelf-driven, multitasking professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, including digital design, signal integrity, timing analysis, fault analysis, statistics, sampling techniques, and computer architecturePrior experience in board-level or system-level electrical designHands-on exposure to complex high-performance server and networking platforms
