Sales Lead Instructor

Job Summary:
As a PMA Sales Lead Instructor, you are passionate about empowering lives and use your people skills and sales savvy to generate that same passion in others! You will be the first and most important contact that a prospective member has with the school. Your primary responsibility will be to market, recruit, and retain students/members within the school. You must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. You must also be detail-oriented, organized, proficient, and a self-starter. When thriving in this position, the Sales Lead Instructor can easily double the gross income of the school.
A versatile skillset is required - equally comfortable developing strategy, representing PMA at events, making sales calls, closing sales with families, and possibly jumping in to teach a PMA class! We are seeking motivated individuals who are looking for the right platform to inspire children and adults to be the best version of themselves.
Responsibilities:
Market and promote Premier Martial Arts
Plan and execute marketing events monthly
Execute lead generation systems daily
Accomplish monthly membership, equipment sales, and upgrade goals
Conduct new member intro lessons
Collaborate with local education leaders and stakeholders
Schedule, promote, and conduct all in-school events
Represent Premier Martial Arts at community events
Complete on-going training in Premier Martial Arts skills and systems
Qualifications:
Team-player with a track-record of working well with others
Sales Experience: Proactive direct selling and/or marketing experience required
Event Planning: Must be able to organize, communicate, and execute events
Must be a problem-solver who sets goals and meets them
Communication: Must be a skilled presenter and public speaker
Must be well-organized, able to manage time, and communicate professionally
Must be willing to learn, develop, receive and implement constructive feedback
Martial Arts Experience: Martial Arts experience preferred but not required
