Purchasing & Warehouse Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Purchasing & Warehouse Manager to oversee and lead our warehouse and purchasing operations. This role will step into an established environment with systems and procedures already in place and be responsible for managing, improving, and scaling those processes. You will supervise a Purchasing Agent and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and strong vendor relationships.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distributionManage and refine existing systems, procedures, and workflowsSupervise Purchasing Agent and warehouse teamOversee purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and order accuracyMaintain inventory control and ensure accurate reportingIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costsEnsure safety standards and operational best practices are followedQualifications2–3 years of warehouse experience requiredMinimum 1 year of purchasing or procurement experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience supervising staff (preferred)Ability to manage and improve existing processesExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsPay is negotiable, based on experience.
