From the moment guests arrive until the final whistle or encore, this team plays a critical role in delivering our "Welcome Home" philosophy and ensuring every fan feels valued and supported.Position SummaryThe Guest Experience Associate - Accessibility plays an essential role in ensuring every guest can comfortably and confidently enjoy their visit to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role focuses on supporting guests who require mobility or accessibility assistance while navigating the stadium.Accessibility Associates serve as ambassadors of inclusive hospitality by providing thoughtful assistance, guidance, and transportation support so every guest can fully participate in the excitement of live events.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying active throughout events, and creating meaningful moments for guests.Key ResponsibilitiesAccessibility Guest Support• Assist guests who require mobility or accessibility support while navigating the stadium• Escort guests safely to and from seating areas, gates, and other stadium locations• Provide wheelchair transportation assistance when requested• Maintain strong knowledge of accessible routes, seating areas, elevators, and guest service resources throughout the stadiumGuest Hospitality• Greet guests warmly and represent Mercedes-Benz Stadium with professionalism and positivity• Proactively identify guests who may need assistance and offer support• Resolve guest questions or challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach• Collaborate with stadium teams to ensure guests receive timely assistanceEvent-Day Execution• Remain active throughout events while assisting guests across multiple stadium locations• Work effectively in both indoor and outdoor environments• Maintain awareness of guest flow and event operations• Support other Guest Experience initiatives and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsRequired• Must be 18 years of age or older• Ability to stand and move throughout the stadium for extended periods• Ability to assist with wheelchair transportation throughout the stadium• Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events• Must be available for a minimum of 75% of major stadium events annually• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments• Completion of required Guest Experience training prior to working eventsPreferred• Experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or event operations• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in busy environmentsWhy Join Mercedes-Benz Stadium
