If you are a professional who values a safety first foundation and thrives in a culture of mutual respect, we invite you to help us lead the next chapter of our history.What You'll DoEnsure all tasks assigned are completed in accordance with manufacturer's manuals and FAA accepted or approved dataAdhere to all applicable FARs and Company policies and procedures outlined in the General Procedures Manual (GPM) and the Company's, FAA Approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance ProgramInterpret aircraft technical manuals, and electrical drawingsResponsible for movement of aircraft in hangar and on ramp, including operation of tow-tractorMaintain work area in a neat, clean and safe condition alwaysPerform only those tasks for which proper training and qualification has been obtainedParticipate, collaborate and facilitate weekly meetings to review maintenance projects progress, resolve issues related to phase inspection, service and repair to report to Director of Maintenance.Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDValid U.S drivers licenseHold a Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.Meet requirements of 14 CFR Part 65.83 with at least 6 years of experience or moreExcellent troubleshooting skillsFamiliar with parameters and standards established specifically in Federal Aviation Regulations, Parts 135, 145 and 91Experience with Learjet series Airframe and Pratt Whitney305A Engines (prefer Lear 60)Familiar with basic inventory management functionsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with othersFamiliar with computer data entry, and Microsoft Windows based programsCapable of lifting 75 lbsAble to work flexible schedule to include day and night shiftsWilling to travel as neededAbility to commute/relocate:Position is in Titusville FL.
