They are searching for a Tax Manager to join their team ASAP!Salary$100-120k base salaryJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing accounting firm. This individual will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning and advisory services. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while delivering high-quality work.Job Responsibilities: Manage and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts Oversee the tax compliance process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulations Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, advising clients on implications Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff and senior accountants Coordinate and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the tax function Assist with IRS and state tax audits, including preparing responses and documentationQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA license strongly preferred (or actively pursuing) 5+ years of relevant tax and accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred) Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Experience reviewing complex tax returns Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and client-facing abilities Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications: Experience in a public accounting firm Prior leadership or supervisory experience Familiarity with tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals or businesses,
