Job Description:The backbone of the restaurant - dishwasher. A quality dishwasher is essential to speed of service, food safety, and happy guests. A dishwasher must be willing to help the team, as a whole, in any way possible.Job Responsibilities:washing/sanitation of dishesdaily cleaning/maintenance of triple sink and automatic dishwashersweeping/mopping of floorsportioning of sauces/noodles as asked of kitchen stafftaking out the trash throughout shifts and at the end of the nightpressure washingorganization of kitchen/store roomputting up trucksgrabbing items needed from upstairscommunication of items needed to safely complete job responsibilitiesJob Qualifications:no previous kitchen experience requiredmust be able to lift at least 50lbsteamwork & communication are a MUST
