In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our clients’ products and services.You will communicate with customers via email and chat, maintain a professional and friendly tone, and accurately document interactions. You will also help identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.Working Schedule:* Monday through Friday* Flexible shifts within standard business hoursCompensation* $20–$23 per hour, based on experience and performance⸻Qualifications* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)* Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively* Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills* Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required* High school diploma or equivalent
