Overview In this Dev Lead role, you will guide a small IT team to deliver Java-based applications and hybrid mobile interfaces. You’ll work closely with cross-functional colleagues to design secure microservices with Spring Boot, manage performance and threading, and ensure robust OAuth-based security. You’ll interact with clients to capture requirements and steer architectural decisions within an agile/waterfall environment. This is a hands-on leadership position that shapes the tech stack and delivery approach in a software services company.
