Mechanical and Electrical Assembler

PDC Facilities, Inc. is a leader in the design/build of relocatable diagnostic imaging buildings, fixed-site MRI suite environments, and patient experience products that has been in the MRI business since its mainstream availability in the 1980s. We are currently seeking a strong candidate to join our team as an Electrical & Mechanical Assembler. Electrical & Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities: Perform advanced electrical and mechanical assembly work including wiring of panels and machine assembly from schematics and mechanical drawings. Demonstrate a proficiency of skills to perform consistently above average quality of work in a timely fashion. Under limited supervision, use methods, drawings, prints, schematics, or written work instructions to inspect, assemble, modify, rework, disassemble, or reassemble panels and mechanical assemblies. Position requires extended periods of standing with bending and lifting throughout the shift Skills/Qualifications Include: High School Diploma or equivalent Interpret electrical wiring diagrams Good use of hand tools to assemble non-electrical components 2 years’ experience in electrical assembly Knowledge of electrical components Must be able to perform advanced electrical assembly work Must be able to maintain or exceed production standards through organization and planning Must be able to follow and comply with safety rules, regulations, and work instructions Must be able to complete all required production and quality documentation Certificates or associate degree a Plus.
