Partner Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint marketing strategies with strategic partners to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams to build and scale impactful marketing programs.This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the United States.What you do:Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key partners aligned to business goals.Manage partner co-marketing campaigns, including digital, events, content, and demandgeneration.Collaborate with the client's sales teams to drive pipeline through partner channels.Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs.Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and the client's internal teams.Create and manage partner marketing budgets and ROI analysis.Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all partner activities.What you bring:5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing (REQUIRED)Strong project management and communication skills.Experience with digital marketing and demand generation tactics.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.Experience working in technology or SaaS environments.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Strong presentation and partner-facing communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Our Benefits:Competitive compensation commensurate with experienceFull Healthcare Package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D insuranceFlexible paid time offPaid holidays401k & Company MatchLearning & Development StipendEmployee Referral BonusChannel Impact is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
