Job DescriptionUnited Surgical Partners International (USPI), the country's largest Ambulatory Surgery Center platform, is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin located in Neenah, WI.This state-of-the-art, multispecialty facility performs procedures in: Spine Surgery. There are 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Procedure Room.The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure. This position is well suited for leaders who value accountability, collaboration, and hands-on operational leadership.Job SummaryThe Administrator is responsible for facility operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Administrator collaborates closely with facility leadership, medical staff, governing boards, and USPI's Home Office to support consistent operations and sustainable performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily facility operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functionsServe as liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home OfficeEnsure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standardsDevelop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgetsMonitor financial performance and address operational risksOversee staffing, employee performance management, and workforce planningSupport physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordinationManage vendor, service, and physician contractsSupport quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiativesParticipate in operational reviews and facility performance reportingIdentify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement#LI-JC1Required ExperienceAnnual and Quarterly bonus potentialQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredMaster's degree preferredNursing degree preferredExperienceThe ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposureMinimum of three years of senior administrative or healthcare management experienceExperience working closely with physicians and clinical leadershipExperience with fully managing a budget and hitting/exceeding financial goals in a healthcare leadership positionSkills & RequirementsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to manage priorities across multiple operational areasComfort working in both office and clinical environmentsMobility to move throughout the facility as neededThe employment practices of USPI and its companies comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
