Your Role: In the heart of our mission, our Physical Therapists play a vital role in helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional ability. Your duties will include: Evaluate Residents’ Physical Function and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans Provide Therapeutic Exercises and Interventions to Improve Mobility, Strength, and Balance Assist Residents with Gait Training, Transfers, and Use of Assistive Devices Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic Care Educate Residents and Families on Therapy Goals, Safety, and Progress Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation in Compliance with Regulations Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans Based on Resident Progress Qualifications: Current Physical Therapist License in Good Standing Degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program Strong Clinical, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently Commitment to Delivering High-Quality, Resident-Centered Care A Genuine Passion for Helping Seniors Improve Mobility and Independence How to Apply: If you're ready to make a meaningful impact by helping our residents regain strength and independence, we'd love to hear from you!
