CDL DRIVER

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDL DRIVER to join our dynamic logistics team. As a CDL DRIVER, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight thru amazon regional sites. we have home daily routes and also solo2 which is home every other day. Responsibilities Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules across over-the-road (OTR) driving routes and local routes. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and inspection reports in compliance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delivery status, or any issues encountered during transit. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving. Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations related to trucking operations, hazardous materials regulations, and DOT compliance. Excellent navigation skills using GPS systems for efficient route planning on OTR routes. Skilled in driving safely under various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety standards.
