Machine Operator/Assembler (2nd Shift)

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious entry-level machine operator to join our metal fabrication team. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive hands-on training. No prior heavy machining experience is required; we are looking for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a safety-first attitude, and a desire to learn a valuable skill Key Responsibilities: Part Preparation: To include but not limited to, deburr, polish, lap, and cleaning of parts. Parts inspection: Conduct visual and basic physical checks on finished metal parts to spot scratches, burrs, or defects. Basic Measurement: Use basic measuring tools (like calipers and micrometers) Visual Inspections of parts: Checks finished products for basic surface defects. Workstation Upkeep: cleans and organizes the immediate work area. Production Logging: Records daily outputs count on paper or computer Requirements: Looking for individuals eager to learn manufacturing skills. No prior heavy machining experience required. Possesses a natural comfort working with tools. Thrives in a busy, active manufacturing environment.
