This is an opportunity to work in a small, close-knit community focused on helping young people learn how to learn, think critically, and grow into capable, self-directed individuals.We are looking for experienced educators who are ready to take on a high-ownership role with meaningful autonomy.About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Guide who will be responsible for leading a studio of 15-20 students, designing and facilitating learning experiences, and building a strong, values-driven culture.This role blends teaching, coaching, and leadership.We have openings in our lower elementary, upper elementary, and middle school studios.
