This is hands-on, detail-driven work that offers stability, growth, and the chance to build a long-term career in the medical device industry.What You'll DoAssemble Medical Devices — Build a variety of French catheters by following detailed, step-by-step instructions in a clean room environment.Perform Precision Work — Use microscopes, tweezers, cutters, pliers, and other small tools to complete intricate, multi-stage assemblies (up to 17 steps).Inspect for Quality — Conduct visual inspections to ensure every component meets strict medical standards.Support Production Flow — Flex between product lines, adapt to changing priorities, and help meet daily and weekly output goals.Maintain Clean Room Standards — Follow gowning procedures and protocols to keep the environment contamination-free.Collaborate With Your Team — Communicate clearly, support your coworkers, and contribute to a positive, productive work culture.What You Bring6+ months to 1 year of experience in medical assembly, preferably catheter-related.Experience using microscopes and small hand tools for fine, detailed work.Strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and comfort with repetitive manual tasks.Ability to follow written instructions, maintain clean room compliance, and work as part of a team.Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within a structured production environment.Preferred ExperienceClean room medical device assembly (catheters, guidewires, or similar).Visual inspection of small components under magnification.Comfort working with defined processes, quality standards, and documentation.Interest in long-term career development, including potential advancement into R&D, lead roles, or inspection.Why You'll Love Working HereYou'll join a growing, people-focused organization that invests in your success.
